From this morning; based on the pit next to the machine, it looks like they might set up a crane soon:

Update: A mobile concrete pump is on site and excavation equipment appears to be hauled away. I didn't get a look at what they where pumping concrete for, but I suspect it's a base for something way down in that pit...crane next? Stay tuned to this Bat-Channel...

...they're definitely pouring something down there. All the surface to the east of the yellow circle there has been entombed.

From earlier today; they have set up the tower crane footings at the bottom of the pit:

Update: They appear to be delivering crane counter weights over the weekend, but no sign of any crane itself as of yet. Intrigue continues...

They had a mobile crane on Avenue Road this morning for this project:

Update: Installing the crane today (about time!). Colours appear to be a white and orange variety.

Not sure if these have been posted before, but the DB is out of date. From the FCR website: https://fcr.ca/properties/ontario/toronto/yorkville/138-yorkville/

Does anyone know if this is rental or condo...I don't think I've ever seen a pre-sales campaign for this project. Would be quite unconventional to build it on spec and sell completed units.

Also, the file name of the brochure on the FCR website tells you who they're targeting for the retail tenant.
