All post-shoring permits are currently being reviewed here with multiple approved variances now affirmed in the Site Plan agreement including a reduction in green roof coverage from 60 to 50% and the 2023 Minor Variance which increased height from 29 to 31-storeys.

A lot of progress, suddenly. The crew is working actively, there were around 6 excavators digging simultaneously. The crane should be seen soon
