Tridel is milking this occasion to the fullest as if they actually built this thing.
I was thinking the same thing. Unfortunately, they'll be able to fool most people .

At least they know how to wrap up this project, unlike that pathetic scammer Mizrahi.Tridel is milking this occasion to the fullest as if they actually built this thing.
No, he was a grifter...tell enough fibs, half truths and exaggerations while crossing the right peep's palms with promises and IOU's, one can build a fleeting fortune and a champagne tower. To which the latter was claimed by his creditors when everything started to fall through. And rest being history is why we see Tridel's name on this tower and not Mizrahi's. There is (and should be) consequences for the dubious choices we make... /sighI don't actually think that mizrahi was a scammer I just think that he got two ambitious too quick and it resulted in him stretching himself thin no matter what if it weren't for them this project wouldn't have been started and it is turned into one of the nicest buildings in the city so let's at least let the man's career rest in peace he destroyed it so that he could give us what is a very nice looking building
They were clear at the beginning of the party that they've only been on it since May 1...I was thinking the same thing. Unfortunately, they'll be able to fool most people .
There were a few people who exhibited that they were out of their comfort zone while we were riding the hoist up, (I somehow managed to stop myself from being a jackass by jumping up and down in there), but nobody seemed scared to be up there once we were on the 85th, it felt totally solid, even without a tuned mass damper in place! (Well, there was no wind to speak of!) The only time I've not felt good somewhere high up were the initial minutes on the Edgewalk around the CN Tower when they had us lean over the side. After that it was like, what, we have go back in 15 or 20 minutes later?!^Does Mr. 42's legs get all wibbly-wobbly when he's up there shmoozing with the exposed elements? I know mines would! >.<
So, who is going to claim the 20,000th post in this thread?!
