In Benito photo #6 above, it appears they are putting in heating/de-icing lines over the Blueskin on the ceiling and in the upper reaches of the mechanical floor, prior to installing the final aluminum cladding.
Guessing this would prevent exterior ice build up from moist exhaust air.

Photos taken today, Friday (Nov. 1). Since I posted last Friday, not much progress apparent with the tower, at least externally. A few of the blue forms for the corners have moved up a level, to floor 62 or so. And some glass has been added to level 45 on the south side. Otherwise the blue forms on top are where they were last week, though the core may have moved up one level, around 74 or 75. The Rail Climbing Systems are at level 44.

A smaller batch of photos as not much is different...

First, the view from south on Yonge, by Dundonald, then closer to around Charles, and some of that new glass on the south face. The full view from in front of Holt Renfrew, then the view from Cumberland, east of Bay, including a tighter shot of those rising corner forms. The classic view from the NE corner of Bloor and Yonge, then finishing off with Bloor West at Bedford, and from down Devonshire.
