Really Gr shot Razz... love clusters. I can think of 20 NA metros who would kill for a downtown like this (maybe less glass lol). Yet it's but a neighbourhood here. Maybe we should sell it to pay for the Portlands.

Bloor-Yorkville has a dense skyline that is comparable to most average size North American cities. The shot of colour on that building near Jarvis is very dynamic.

Got a chance to take a look around the amenities the other day. They're not bad. A little sparce but I guess with time that will change. The patios are pretty cool but not sure how great the terraces are. Pool is more like a hangout and as you can see by the pictures. There's another terrace though which has less people (BBQ area)

A few buildings in Toronto have their own FSA, such as First Canadian Place.

There is a maximum limit to those without adding additional letters into the mix. Works out to about 1 FSA per ~10k Canadians. I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to reclaim FCPs FSA at some point in the future.


For those reading (as I had to look it up), FSA is forward sort-station area which is represented by the first 3 positions of a postalcode.
