I feel like I read in a planning amendment awhile back that they were putting LED screens at the top? Does that ring a bell? I can't figure out where I thought I read that.

That parking structure has to go eventually. Though I know a lot of people depend on it.

I think there are 2 mech levels to go still but I dunno
