The wavy balconies and "pools of water" that visually form on Aqua are not visible from afar; you have to be close enough that you are looking up at the building.

The undulating forms of One Bloor's balconies is visible from any distance because it is visible in elevation.

Maybe because you don't really see the glass railing on the balconies of Aqua whereas One Bloor are very visible.

I may be stating the obvious, but if they don't get the balcony glass just right, the wavy undulations in the building design will be invisible unless you are directly beneath it. That would be unfortunate as the only distinguishing feature of the building will be its one long glass panel.

You can already see the effect of the balcony glass - it is likely the same as what's being used on the podium.

One would think that light or sun glint and the disparate reflections in the curved portions of the balcony glass would be much like the effects in the curved podium glass as seen in this photo (from the previous page from kris). It could be quite dramatic in fact.

Wait so the railings on the balconies are being changed? theyre not staying the way they are now?

Nothing is being changed. The railing glass on the third floor was removed because it interfered with installation of the glass fin wall on the second floor.
