I think it meant briefing and interview with the construction and sales team will follow. It would be silly for Great Gulf / Baker to start sales without a few days of media exposure first.

WYLIE ... heads up, seems like this agent is using your SketchUp renderings of the new One Bloor on his website ... if he does not have your consent, you should do something about it ~

I predict they'll sell this building out before midnight, Thursday, 25th March 2010.
Don't you forfeit all rights to the materials when using Google sketchup?WYLIE ... heads up, seems like this agent is using your SketchUp renderings of the new One Bloor on his website ... if he does not have your consent, you should do something about it ~

Thanks for the heads-up, Solaris. One thing's for sure... he's not allowed to put that ugly watermark on the renderings! What do you think I should do about it?
Since it's already established that my rendering doesn't really represent the building, maybe what I should write is a disclaimer to make sure I'm not responsible if his clients complain that the rendering doesn't match the real thing. I actually don't care much about the credit anyway... it's a quick rendering that I actually find to be a bit ugly myself.
