So it is. I was walking down Belmont when I took that shot stopping in the intersection. I didn't even notice the name change.

there are now what appears to be strips of fluorescent lights on behind the glazing of the lower mechanical level.

Maybe we've just been spoiled by Aura, but I was expecting a more impressive light display.

The lighting on Aura is definitely very bold - by far the brightest this in the skyline. Im hoping for something a little more refined here.

Work is progressing on the podium. They are starting to assemble the structures providing shade for some areas. You can see the poles and one of the sunshades installed now.

Sorry I don't have a better camera but you might be able to see the sea of shrubbery sitting on the east end of the podium waiting for planting. They have also done a bit more work on the sunshades.

Podium update from just now. They have started the planting and the first structure to give some shade is partly installed and looking very cool.

Was out in an area called Bennington Heights, just west of Bayview Ave and just north of the ravine system. Noticed One Bloor poking above the neighbourhood, as I've photographed from just 5 days ago.
