Not bad at all. And we get a teasing (subtle) glimmer of how the curved glass can reflect the light...looking forward to seeing how the light plays off those concave and convex portions. That may be the key to enhancing the full undulating effect of that balcony pattern. Exciting times!
 
For me the big success here is the podium. It's going to provide levels of animation to this intersection, with its retail at grade and residential balconies and outdoor amenity spaces tiering upwards. It's as though a big shiny cruise ship has moored itself at Yonge and Bloor. They really ought to hold a confettied set-sail cocktail hour here every day at happy hour!
 
Totally agree... it's always felt rather dull and staid. Now there's some pizazz and gloss here - which is as it should be.
