It does seem slow but remember excavation only began in July of 2006.
London on the Esplanade and Murano seemed to take forever too, but both were well worth the wait.

Not sure if LOTE is worth the wait. Have you been to their open house?

Actually i would be breathing a sign of relief now that its above grade and at a good construction pace.
