Toronto on a Rainy Night (34 full size images)

Great set of shots. I'm convinced that the flatiron on Church can never look bad in a photo.

I'm actually in the market for a wide lens at the moment, do you find yourself using the 10 or 20 end of your zoom more in taking photos such as these? Judging by perspective distortion can I assume 10?

ya, definitely try to use as much of the lens as possible. Sometimes I'll zoom it to 20mm if there is a better composition by doing that. You might want to read reviews of various wide angle lenses before buying. I know my Sigma can be blurry around the edges at wide aperture settings.

Did you have it on high exposure time? Everything has a strange glow to it. I like it.

yes, all of these are long exposures - anywhere from 0.5 - 15 seconds. Also, most of them are multiple exposures digitally blended together to give an idealized version of each scene.

Great photos and angles Redroom, well done.

It looks like the park in front of BAC is becoming the new "postcard" photo location.

Gorgeous photos, every one.

Thanks to darkstar for calling attention to these on FB.

How did I miss all of these until now?!

In a word, "breathtaking".

I can't wait for your next tripod excursion Redroom!

Cheers!
