I rather like this building though I would have skipped the red brick base. The tower itself is coming together nicely. A fresh addition to the area north of Moss Park.

Now that this area is starting to clean up, is there any chance the Armoury might ever move? It creates such a dead zone with its iron fences and inaccessibility. Plus it's a huge lot, think of what could fit in there

This is quite a nice addition, while its not some crazy architectural addition to the city, there is something charming about its stoutness fairly symmetrical glazing patterns which show some thought into organization of the mullions and spandrel into continuous neat lines.

Im liking this building...especially with the black cladding on the side which should frame it well. Too bad the podium wasnt completed in black brick.
