decent looking building, regrettable name... why do we have to name so many of our condos after other cities? There should be a much stronger tie to the history of the city and indeed individual neighbourhoods when selecting names.

This one is topped out - cladding is slowly being installed. Taken from the corner of Bayview and Sheppard. Many 'boutique' residences going up in this area.

Well aside from the fact that the area is now know to many to be "that bunch of ny looking buildings" won't most of the buildings simply switch to civic addresses post registration?
