I think this thread is being used for all phases of the project. Phase 2 is now approved with changed scale - 166 apartments (from 124) and 81 THs (from 110). Not sure how many parking spaces but sounds like council agreed to enforce no minimum here and for future Plains Rd proposals.

Burlington council grants more development approvals but questions remain

Some planners work with applicants to make projects amenable. Others don’t, or are unsuccessful.
