This area is urbanizing nicely. The strip on the south side is well done. Nordic will add to it.

That's interesting news thanks for letting me know cause i heard the building for the former residents of the old building they demolished for this development would be ready for move in Sept 2022

As a general rule of thumb, the expected time frame of occupancy that's given by the developer is almost never met. The going rate on actual completion is usually around 8 months to 1 year after what was originally stated.

For a project like this, the new condo buildings aren't going to be necessarily that tall, but the site is quite wide. So that will take some time overall.
