At least they used frosted glazing for the mechanical penthouse to hide the equipment, unlike some of the towers at CityPlace where the interior of the mechanical penthouse could be seen through clear glazing and highlighted in neon-coloured lights at night.
I’m still baffled at the sloppy and inconsistent vent panels and mullion/panel spacing on the top few floors — it looks like something that could have been easily resolved. The Nobu signage will be on the west tower which should hide a little of that.
 
I think if the renderings had shown more mullions and gray spandrels (in other words more like the reality), this project wouldn't have attracted as many criticisms. The hates are mostly from disappointment over the built form vs renderings.
