Sorry to ask in this thread, but that last picture shows the Gardiner pillars and road infrastructure in rough shape. Does anyone know whether it will get some paint and repair during the Bentway construction? I wasn't sure how large the scope was for the Bentway, or if this work was included.
 
Yes, the underside of the Gardiner will be fixed up through here. This will be Under Gardiner's 'Market Square' section as a bit of a forecourt to the Loblaws.

It's nice to see that they're adding the shell outside of the condo now. Do they normally skip the lobby floors for a reason?

I believe it may be due to the fact that the lobby floor windows are custom, one off, and not typical of the rest of the building. Early installation of a typical floor would confirm the design and specifications for the window treatment, and the installation process for the rest of the building, or identify potential issues for resolution before the window installation process had progressed too far.

The other reason that may also be a factor is that typically there would be a lot of physical activity and movement around the ground floor, possibly increasing the risk of damage to ground floor windows if installed early in the construction process.
