Was talking to the owner next to this site and he has water issues as well a crack basement wall withe the developer not prepare to do anything about it.

There is only 4 feet between his place and the new tower with the area on a slope toward his house.

Since one of the 2 owners north of this house wasn't prepare to sell, the developer didn't offer to buy his.

Tower crane can be erected anytime as the footing is in place.

if it going to resemble the render the honour belongs to those faux architects G+C.

they always have a few hundred thousand pieces of deeply discounted mullion laying around for their next craptastic spectacle, and this seems to be it.

also they have some balcony glass left over from Aura, so they are also going to throw that on there too.
