In the last 8 weeks with a second crane, Nautilus has made it up to ground level, with substantial progress in evidence on the first floor of the podium.

That area must be crane city, considering how many condo towers are now under constuction.

These are the only two in the immediate area... but if you go about a kilometre west, you'll see 3 cranes at Beyond The Sea, 2 cranes at South Beach, 1 crane at California. iLoft's crane has come down. Go east half a kilometre from Nautilus and there are a number of buildings under construction... but no cranes! Park Lake's cranes and NXT's crane are now down. NXT II's crane is not up yet.

Still, lofts of activity, I mean lots, in the area, and more to come!

Quite a change since later July: the tower's 10th floor slab is being poured, and you can make out the concrete walls of the swimming pool in the complex's podium now.

Its still a little too early to judge ... let the finishing touches go in then we shall hopefully see something better ~

Etobicoke's current Humber Bay Shores skyline, with the Toronto Skyline beyond it. Past the Christie's cookies plant in the foreground is Nautilus.

Nautilus, which will eventually soar to 39 storeys, is currently on its 18th storey.
