Suspect this is the Plazacorp project on the south side of Adelaide Street, the parking lot between Context King West and the Harhay project at 111 Bathurst with the two older structures at the back of the lot. The low rise building at the back is gone completely, and the taller of the original post and beam structures is now almost completely demolished.

I thought there was already a thread for this project, but was not able to find it.

Musee is getting closer. I wonder if that pattern is a hint to the building's design. Reminds me a lot of the nearby CKW and Minto/Freed proposals. Another HP, Wallman?
