Really? Looks like a steaming pile to me. Makes me even more sad that 620 King will die on June 30th. This lump will come to dominate the block. Uglier than the Bathurst building of 560 King, imo.

Anyway, the city would reject this version as is.

The sales centre has been "under construction" for quite a while.

Hopefully this thing will die. With five-hundred suites and eight foot heigh ceilings, this'll be nothing but a collection of condo closets.
