^^Seconded! At least on the old part, the black glass really looked nice. This milky blue colour is just so weird.
 
I don't mind the glass colour and I'm sure it will look much better when all the mullion caps are in place but why, oh why, not continue with the dark colour. The cornice (?) just puts it over the top. An architectural element on a piece of non-architecture.

I wonder how this current trend of putting bris soleil on every new building will look in the future...tacky?

I'm pretty sure you meant brise soleil. A bris soleil would be something quite different.

The addition does appear to be crisp, clean and institutional.
 
I wish they had put one horizontal concrete-like band above the windows of the first level of the addition, to make the appearance change more graceful.
