11 of 12 floors of second building built The Superstructure is anticipated to be completed by September with subsequent main roof and mechanical penthouse roofing working to be completed by the end of fall 2022. Window installation is scheduled to commence in Q3 of 2022.

Yes, it's valleyland/open space. One of the tributaries of the Credit River, it's protected.
