So who is going to clean the windows? Are they two story units and you clean your own? Looks like a tough job for a window washer.

I see we are now seeing developers trying to out do each other for having the largest display name on their building, as well the Architects. Had the boom out today.

Take a look at Aura and Aqualina at Bayside and you will see the developer and architects name on a plaque on the building. Lots of other building are done this way and the size various from building to building. Was going to take at shot Aqualina at Bayside plaque on my way out and forgot about it after shooting the other building.

The plaque is actually requested by the city during site plan approval, from my understanding. It's a relatively recent thing.
