Very nice. Venting through the balcony slab; used everywhere else in Canada but Toronto. I hope to see more of it here. Really cleans up the exterior facades even for the cheapest window wall.

Yup. You come out of the urban canyon closer to Yonge and then bam, it's there. Hadn't seen it above the Gardiner, from the Gardiner, until last night.

Installation of the exterior is progressing at Great Gulf's Monde, a 44-storey condominium tower in Toronto's East Bayfront district, featuring a design by Moshe Safdie and Quadrangle.

Doesn't really matter though because Monde is specifically designed with the edge to Sherbourne Commons North in mind.

The podium from the south looking north looks like a pyramid, really loving the daily updates on this one.

The glass is looking dark blue at least on the pictures. Is it darkening or UV rated? I am not used to see that, could someone explain?

I like the pyramidal podium frontage too, but I love the giant keyhole effect. And some G&M illusional effects with those white zigs, zagging on the glass...
