Checking the MSAi website, it looks like the height has already been chopped off, from 36 and 30 stories to 28 and 26.

And yeaaahh, I think I'll wait for better renders to pass judgement on the look...

We are back to Mississauga talking tall, but forcing developers build low and this another example of it.

The tallest building is 31 to 26 with some 4's. The Townhouses plan for this area are now Semi's, with a lost of 3 townhouse.

Townhouse will be built first since Hurontario is going to be torn up for the new few years for larger sewer and waterlines. That work will not be finish until 2015/16 and only then the towers can be built.

My ward councilor want's only 3.2 density which is nuts when there going to be an LRT on Hurontario sometime after 2020 at this time. This not his ward in the first place and got council to accept that, except for the towers which will be 6.2. Even that too low for this rapid transit line.

The plan to move ahead with phase one for townhouses was approved in May by council and the only thing until 2016.

The rest cannot get approval until 2016 at the earliest until the new water main line is built on Hurontario St.

This also applies to Pinnacle tall buildings on Hurontario St after the 2nd phase for townhouses are built.
