I found this retail brochure off google, not sure if everything is set in stone. But looks like Toronto School of Management is using up most of the commercial space. And Bestco will have a 2 storey configuration perhaps similar to the T&T at college/spadina.

The Bestco and LCBO are done deals; I expect the rest is too, but not sure..........

I'm seeing that Markham St and the east-west driveway are being marketed as "pedestrian-oriented" streets.

Anyone know if we are going to see actual restrictions on vehicular access? Or mostly just traffic calming?
 
I hope those Victorian homes arent desecrated with contemporary/picture windows
not the worst thing Toronto has let happen to some of the nicest houses in the city....
maybe it was always their destiny, but seeing the way some of these beautiful homes have been unitized to the absolute max gets me so down...

Yes, we need housing supply, but this is why we should have never stopped building mid-rises and hi-rises
