Photos taken 9 March. Retail glass in at corner of Bathurst and Bloor. Niagara College is basically moved in-must be opening soon. There is outfitting going on in one of the units along Bathurst.

Not sure if I missed some news at some point, but is there any update on the old Honest Ed’s sign? Haven’t seen anything on it in some time, beyond the initial plan of restoring and installing it at the Mirvish theatre.

Mirvish high-rise rental apartments could have gone high as 28 or 29 stories tall, but 26 stories are an excellent fitting height for the Bloor and Bathurst neighbourhood area.

I think that this is more progress for retail along Bathurst. Also the tower at the corner of Bloor and Bathurst is looking habitable but not sure of occupancy date.

This is coming together so well. And I'm sure it's already been mentioned but those white diamond textured panels look incredible. The overall massing and architecture is looking great in real life too, everything is cohesive but each tower has its own unique thing going on. So much to like here for me.

I don't remember if I ever posted it (or someone else ever did), but a while back (like 2021) I saw the permit to put the sign on the Victoria Street theatre was refused. It's missing completely from the permit portal now though...
Would appreciate any further insight!

Bad news, I wasn't chosen to live in one of the suites in the Mirvish village rental apartments. Well that's life.
