@Jasonzed @drum118 @Edward Skira @others, does anyone know how long did it take for Mirage condos (339 Rathburn Rd W) from interim occupancy to final closing? Trying to get a sense of how long would it take for top floors @grande Mirage (349 Rathburn Rd W) from interim occupancy to final closing... Thanks, your help/reply is appreciated.

I believe next year will mark the 30th anniversary when the public was inform of the development for the site where Confederation Dr did not exist at the time. By 2023, the whole site should be finish. Was living a block away at the time.
Work is well underway for the road system that will connect to City View Dr to the north and some work on the townhouses backing onto the exist houses on Elora Dr. There will be a connection to the existing roads for the 3 towers.
Things that were close off for the building of 2 towers are now open.

Drove by today and realized this was a Conservatory Group project. I guess this will this be a dead zone for awhile.

I can't find any evidence that the townhomes that are planned for the reminder of the site were ever put on sale, so (unless I'm wrong) at least no-one will have deposits tied up…
