Has the southwest ground floor commercial tenant been identified? The Minto Westside website shows a Market Fresh in the renderings suggesting grocery is an option for what looks like a great big open space.

I'm curious if grocery is still on the table with the flagship Loblaws being built down the road and the proximity of Cityplace Sobeys. A lower price-point grocer would be nice in this area.

When I went to the presentation centre, they were talking grocery although no specific chain had been signed at that point. Whole Foods had planned on going there even knowing that Loblaws would be coming. WF backed out when the project started much later than planned.

Finding it difficult to spot all the separate volumes depicted in the renderings for this project along Front. Looks like one giant wall in the photo.

If Whole foods is still looking for a large enough retail space in south dt they might as well set up shop here knowing it could be ready shortly and retail spaces in the area of this size are scarce at this moment.
Unless they've abandoned a store in this area for other reasons.
