Yup! It's thick cladding around the dark glazed and mirrored windows are simple but effective looking standing out from a distance!I dunno....

Weird question: Is Arcadis a rebranding of IBI or something completely different now? Just that name keeps popping up over some IBI projects...so it has me wondering, because I wasn't really paying any attention... >.<
