That north elevation is brutal. Too bad, west, south and east sides are great though.

Wonder if we'll see another tower to the north that will partially obscure it at some point. Can't come soon enough!! The other sides, while not quite like the rendering are really quite sharp in person.

I don't really understand the hate on the North elevation. It's curtainwall clad, isn't full of spandrel, has a nice colour (IMO), and lacks balconies. It could've been better executed, but it's far from terrible.
