Looks like the east elevation has the same skin as the north elevation. Is this a two sided sculpture? I cannot tell from the renderings.
 
No - the balconies wrap around to the east elevation as well. Only the north side has no balconies
 
Here's a closer look just at the future glass-wrapped retail pavilion at the base.

This is what I was referring to when I meant I thought the Massey tower balconies would be a white precast material.
The photos are from the First Baptist Church redevelopment in downtown Vancouver.
