Yeah, I agree...unless they're planning to run a strip club behind there, those bricked windows have to go and be replaced by actual window pane, IMO.

It seems surprising that the Massey Hall team do not post photos on a regular basis now since, I assume, the interior is moving on well (it looks like it) and there should be 'things to see'. A new schedule would also be interesting!
Dear Edward,
Today, I am thrilled to announce that Allied Properties, a Canadian provider of urban workspace, has made a landmark contribution to the Massey Hall Revitalization. This pivotal support expands the project's original scope and introduces Canada's premiere multi-purpose performance facility, Allied Music Centre, home of historic Massey Hall.
Massey Hall will always be Massey Hall and as part of Allied Music Centre, it will continue to be a home for magical music moments for generations to come. Allied Music Centre will also feature new state-of-the-art performance venues and dedicated spaces for Artist Development and Education & Outreach initiatives, all located in the 7-storey tower adjacent to the National Historic Site.
When complete, Allied Music Centre will play a profound role in our cultural ecosystem, creating inspiring new opportunities for artists and music fans at every step along their journeys. From emerging artists making their debut to the world’s most celebrated stars, young students discovering a passion for music to lifelong fans soaking in the energy of live performance, Allied Music Centre will be a home for all music and all people.
We are incredibly grateful for our new partnership with Allied Properties and although we have really missed seeing you around this year, we look forward to sharing our future with you. Your patronage means a great deal to us and we cannot wait to welcome you to Allied Music Centre late next year!
Sincerely,
Jesse Kumagai

So far, they are withholding the amount of money that Allied has paid for the naming rights. Why would they do that?

They've sent me that now too. Always strange when it's not included in the initial release. Leave it out, and people think there's something to hide!24M over 16 years:

Allied Music Centre will also feature new state-of-the-art performance venues and dedicated spaces for Artist Development and Education & Outreach initiatives, all located in the 7-storey tower adjacent to the National Historic Site.
Called the Allied Music Centre, it’s being created in partnership with developer Allied Properties and will host a number of spaces and venues for emerging artists.
“We’re truly grateful for the opportunity to partner with historic Massey Hall,” said Michael Emory, Allied CEO and president. “This partnership will enable us to contribute meaningfully to our communities. It will also enable us to propel our vision over an extended period of time and to enrich the experience of the many creative organizations and people who use our urban workspace across the country.”
The new space will include a 100-seat capacity theatre where emerging artists can perform and learn, complete with retractable seats similar to those currently also being installed in Massey Hall’s renovation.
In addition, the Allied Music Centre will contain a studio for professional recordings and education, an artists’ lab that will give musicians the “modern tools needed to develop their craft,” such as audio workstations and practice rooms, as well as a lounge for casual meet-ups for the music community and concert-goers.
The tower, designed by KPMB Architects, was previously unveiled in October 2017 and will also include a new 500-capacity club with sightlines of the city.

The revitalization of Massey Hall’s interior and exterior is scheduled to be complete in 2021.
