I can count the west face of the north tower with binoculars from the luxury of my sofa and between this and pictures taken on the scene I can confirm that for the north tower, according to the construction elevator numbering scheme the last regular podium floor with a full ceiling is 9, the weird podium floor that is mostly just the rooftop is 10, the first regular tower floor with a balcony is 11, level 53 is done to the point that it has a ceiling of construction forms, and level 54 has rebar for the support pillars sticking up. For the south tower, assuming the first tower level has the same numbering, they are done to level 50.
