I don't know if it is all the constant construction in the last photos, but it almost looks like it's in downtown Toronto.

It sure does, especially Confederation, but blink when passing through and you'll miss it.

Quite right. I suspect downtown UT members won't pay much attention till MCC further urbanizes and the Square One District starts coming together. Maybe in 2035?

That's quite a shame. Many of these members who only focus on downtown would surely love to see something like this built in toronto over lots of what is currently going up
