The City said "no" to that application, that it was extremely premature. It's sitting inertly at the LPAT for the moment, no pre-hearings even scheduled.

I took my toddler out to Cherry St over the Christmas break and his mind was blown. So many bulldozers, loaders, dump trucks and cement trucks.

as much as having the city be under seemingly constant construction, seeing all the buildings go up in the city when I was a toddler in the early 2000s definitely played a huge factor in piquing my interest toward urban planning and development. It's super important for everyone to realize from a young age that cities aren't static like nouns, but always in flux, like verbs
