Would anyone be interested in renting out your unit between interim & final closing?

I'm interested in getting a unit at London on the Esplanade, but would like to wait till the bldg is registered. So I just want to find a unit to live in and see if I really like the bldg and the area.

apologize that i'm not aware of any real estate law or regulations about renting out the units before final closing... i was just thinking if the owners who purchased the units for investment purpose would be moving in themselves or want to leave the unit empty for few months before they can rent it out officially or sell it.

Now, after looking at all the nice photos, I feel that this building should have been designed a few storeys taller! Too bad the city would never allow it because part of the building will shadow over the Berczi Park......
