I called them a couple of weeks ago and they were quite honest with me. They said "We plan on starting construction later this year and if we do then we will be in occupancy by the middle of 2012"

I live near this site and go by there often. They have a few people show up around 9 ish to start work (while the workers at 478 King West - Victory Condos show up to start work at 7). I think Cresford wants people to think they have started construction. The web site for this project doesn't even show floor plans for units on the upper 3 floors. My guess is they want people to think they are moving forward to see if it'll help their disappointing sales.

One of the messiest sites around as well. The road and sidewalk beside it are an inch full of dirt and mud. I pass by other sites and the construction guys are usually hosing down or sweeping up after trucks enter and leave - this place is a joke!
