The 45 degree planes on the north side of the top three floors save this one for me. Not the most exciting thing ever but nicely reminiscent of the Northgrave of old. The V / splayed columns at-grade aren't hard on the eyes either.

+1

I was about to reply and say the same thing.

Is that a public park ?

Not a city park...but cars and pedestrians can come freely through here as the entrances to some of the buildings (including Quad Lofts) are around this courtyard. You don't feel like you are in private amenity space (which this is lol) if that answers your question. It's very well designed and feels peaceful and zen-like. All-and-all very well done courtyard!

The Adelaide elevation looks like the back of a building, not the front. Not much to see here.

Huh? I don't really understand these types of comments or why you chimed in here with a one-liner. Based on the comings and goings of people using the courtyard entrance, the Adelaide side could be considered the back of the building. But you don't like it. We get it. I like the complex. A lot. And considering how popular Quad lofts are as well in King West...many other people do, too haha :D

The fact is that Adelaide is the Main Street this building faces, and it should be treated as such. Preferably with retail, wider sidewalks, and maybe even some trees.
