Excellent update @AlbertC ; glad to see your travellng east of the valley again. LOL

Overall building...........meh, its ok'ish.

Retail.....not great.

But strong points for the streetscaping treatment.
 
I revived this thread to show some of the effects of redevelopment on the surrounding area. I used to live on Gerrard about 6 years ago and while the housing on the side streets was ongoing rapid upgrading the retail between Little
India and Broadview was generally a bit depressed with some bright spots. Though I am not sure, the retail at this intersection was non-existent.

Six years later and two new mid-rises now occupied plus development underway for a new subway station nearby has seen a noticeable upgrade in retail. Just a little ammunition for the next time you run into a NIMBY! 😝
