Nicer than most new condos.

I can’t find a site plan, but it looks like they are removing the underground parking ramp on High Park Av completely rather than replacing it. Should make for a really nice looking entrance, along with the temporary area that was used for garbage bins (by the TTC) that is now being planted with trees.

Hey @NBGtect, yes, that garage entrance is being closed, but the driveway in not going. Entrance to the garage is under the two new buildings. Here's the site plan:

This is one of those rare developments that turned out nicer looking than the render.

Yeah, these are done. From my understanding, occupancy began last year already.
