i know what he meant, but i was just confused as to why it was weird.... the view from the west has gotten more popular (in terms of photographs), than the view from the north/south view. nonetheless, i think the west view looks nicer
(only because of four seasons now )

Riding on the St Clair streetcar today, I could see Shangri-La as we drove through the intersection at Avenue.
Yup, coming down Avenue Road south of UCC it is clearly in evidence in the distance.
I'm going to miss that craaaaazy pink band when it's gone.
