I counted 38 before the podium and the podium looks like it's around 4 stories so in total 42 sounds right.

awesome pics across the board! you can really see how slim this tower is going to be, gotta say the developers/planners/architects did a great job choosing the right location for a tower that fits in well with the skyline. gonna be the greatest addition to the city EVAR!

I believe the podium is 5 stories but I could be wrong. I think the 1st floor is double height with a masonine level.

Either way; perhaps 42 or 43. Still another 50% more height to go from present. When it gets to 700 ft, should be quite impressive, especially when fully glassed in.

Shangri-La is just starting to make its presence felt on the waterfront skyline, from Centre Island. (around 1:50)

amazing... every year, the skyline from the lake doesn't get a little better.... it gets A LOT better! towers over at city place extend the view to the west, and even towers like MLS all add up to create a better skyline. can't wait for Shangri-la, eventually followed by ICE! ICE is gonna be HUGE/a game changer for this view.

LOL! i have no idea what was up with the window. though i was told they're replacing all the windows,

The anti-UV film applied to the inside of the glass has just shrunk and cracked over time.
Same thing has happened in my office (TD Tower, Vancouver)
