Crane in previous post seems to be for training purposes. Otherwise that house being built is really out of place.

LiUNA Local 183 provides apprenticeship programs and health & safety training to over 52 000 trainees in Ontario. The Vaughan campus is currently inundated with enrollment. Standard Practice was retained to undertake a study for the expansion of the existing training campus with the proposed scheme

The cladding is superb, but the building's relationship with the street is lacking. The concrete columns around the building are underwhelming. The colour palette is also austere. It seems to start off with a lot of architectural ambition in the cladding and interesting profile, but it doesn't quite finish what it started in this regard.
There's nothing on this street but warehouses and empty fields. I'd be shocked to see anybody walking here.
