Toronto Library District Condominiums + Toronto's 99th Library | ?m | 29s | Context Development | KPMB

Took a gander on my lunch yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. Pleasing space with some great city views to boot!

It's a terrific space. It was full of people when I checked it out in the evening. Band playing, kids having fun, people chatting, 3D printer in operation, digital innovation hubs in operation -- not your old-fashioned, hushed up library at all!
 
The last 2 Cityplace projects are the best ones and they weren't built by Concorde. Go figure! Time to head over to the Spectra thread and vomit.
 
Amazing shots Mafaldaboy. 10/10 on that library part. Not really much of an opinion on the tower, but that library!

Best looking library in the city?
 
So where would the final signature tower of concorde be? Is it the lot to the north or south of Library district? Or am I completely wrong?

Awesome photos yet again MB. These from a drone? or a helicopter?

The Signature Tower is to be at the north-east corner of Spadina and Bremner, where the Concord Adex Citiplace marketing suite is currently located.
