While these buildings are "million mullion" like Aura and 300 Front, I think they work in this case. It must be the colours working together here. I'm a fan of the pre-cast balcony grid in particular, and the relatively simple box shapes. Another reason the million mullions work I suppose: the rest is uncomplicated geometry.
