That's beautiful, but the density is ridiculous and it's only half the story for now!
Apparently it's still not enough density for a GO station at Park Lawn or the Humber Loop though…

I was just ranting. I really am hoping the Mondelez (Christies) land redevelopment does bring a GO station, but as it should have been obvious to Metrolinx a few years ago when all these buildings were being approved that a station needs to go in here, I'm still not convinced that they are paying enough attention!

One issue with Park Lawn station is that it would be very close to the existing Mimico GO. I would have liked to see Mimico close down once Parklawn is built, but the small handful of locals who use it are not gonna let that happen.
 
I don't see Mimico closing, and yes, these stations would be close, but as soon as the line is electrified, it's feasible.
