Interchange: can you speak on the status of the smaller, Marine Parade-facing building in the LAGO development?

I feel like they're excavating that site as well - is it proceeding as well?

Monarch have not started sales on the 14-storey building out front yet, but it seems that the pit is going ahead at least for now for it. If they excavate now for the whole thing, they don't have to do shoring, etc., bring everything back later. It's much cheaper to do it all at once.

It's possible too that the pair of them will have one interconnected garage, but I'm not sure about that.

Thanks for these photos and for the shots of the other area projects. Comparing these shots with your Key West equivalents, it looks as if there has been significantly less progress on this site, since September. Is that true, or a mistaken impression on my part? Are they just not working very hard on this site for some reason?

Lago has close to double the amount of units compared to Key West. Perhaps they have to dig further down.

Key West had quite a deep excavation actually, but I'm sorry, I don't know the final depth of either excavation. Key West's excavation started sooner.

Lago is a much larger site and deeper as well. The site is also all bedrock which is tougher to excavate. I am in this area daily and week to week you see big changes at the site.

And here it is:

The Lago pit is at the back of this shot, with a hint of the Riva del Lago pit to the lower left:

Some/most sites shut down over christmas/new years, but other than that sites go year round and will close during extreme low temps/wind, and bad storms.

Thanks interchange42 for the pics :)
